Box opening of Doll Chateau body & Hybrid Review

Edit: the body is sold.

Lost inspiration with dolls these months.
Now here's some crazy stuff I am doing!
Cause no one has done it before!
(...don't kill me if it's not.)

The bag is pretty good for easy storage.

Mummy appears.

Going to unstrung it. The original strings are TOO SHORT. That's why it's TOO TIGHT. Had to use new strings.

LOL my blue sock. The neck hole is interesting... but I'm not going to use this extra neck joint.

The first fragile spot I found. Thin resin around the knee joints design. Careful play is required with the knee.

The second fragile spot I found. Thin resin at the back of upper torso's lock design. And there's a small bubble. Anyway if I will break this weak place, the existence of a bubble won't make much difference.

Inside of upper torso. Reasonably thin because the lower body is so lanky, it may not support a beefy chest piece.

Hybrid Review of...

Doll Chateau A03 body & Souldoll Vito head
(both in white skin)
(no extra joints used on the body)

GO-GO: 
Overall the proportion and skin match is great. My Vito Lester has aged a bit, and I had purposely blushed it in a darker tone. If it were a brand new head then their white skin should be a perfect match.

NO-NO: 
Problem for this hybrid is that the neck place is actually obvious because of the neck ball joint design. Neck size measurement doesn't really apply in this situation. If you don't mind it then this one is a decent hybrid. Or find a bigger head with deeper neck hole or customize the body/ head by yourself.

Minor no-no: 
Mobility of the head is lower than expected. He can't look at the tiles on the floor in front of him now.
Balancing is a problematic task, because I'm dumb in posing. :P

Minor go-go:
The jointed hands.
(And jointed feet, if you like to play with toes...lol).

My own impression (not finished with it yet): 
I love this lanky comical weird delicate big body, but I am not sure of this hybrid because of that neck joint. And the neck is a little too long for my taste.
Can't make any real conclusion though, before I make him some clothes.
Let's see if I'll cope with this! XD"

The body+head is around 68cm tall without extra joints.

• Review of this body and company:

Don't have much to say because I'm 100% satisfied. Only thing I want to say is that the string is too tight.
