iMda Amellia faceup

Amellia has big eye wells! It's a pair of 18mm glass in the photos.

When I first looked at her blank face, I actually thought like, "damn! She's even uglier than Monika (blank face)...:O".
Of course she's not ugly with a faceup now.

Review--

Monika. Like all other iMda dolls, Monika of course has the same magical charm too. I'm totally happy with this doll.

Face Sculpt:

But to be honest, when I first got the doll I thought "Ewwwww. Did I receive a defective doll? Her mouth is so unbalanced! And the blank face is pretty ugly..." Haha.
The problem magically disappeared after I finished her faceup.
It's not that noticeable in photos. And the painted head is really really cute. Maybe that's why I never seen anyone complain about this.
And no! I won't give her away! Even I made such comment! XD

Body Sculpt:

I always like their weirdly cute bodies.

Posing ability:

No problem on standing.
HOWEVER.
Never expect that she could sit on her own without any support. You know, she has a HUGE HEAD of 9.5" and it's heavy! Without the head, the body would sit by itself perfectly.

I don't know if wiring the body will solve the problem. My guess is no. It's not about the string tension or joint design.
